For horizontal installation, the support span shall generally be 1.5-3m; for vertical installation, the distance between fixed points shall not exceed 2m. Trays shall be smooth, free of distortion, with no burrs on the inner wall, and complete accessories.

All non-conductive iron parts of the tray shall be bridged and connected to form a continuous conductor for integral grounding. Braided copper wire shall be used as the grounding jumper between adjacent trays.

When channel-type cable trays pass through building expansion joints, the tray itself shall be disconnected. The troughs shall be lapped with connecting plates without fixing. The protective earthing conductor and wires inside the trough shall be reserved with compensation allowance.

For straight-section steel trays, safety construction rules and regulations shall be strictly implemented: strengthen the management of construction personnel, implement safety construction technical measures, inspect and supervise the safe operation of construction personnel, and ensure safe and civilized construction.

Pre-Construction Preparation

Organize construction personnel to study construction standards and familiarize themselves with construction drawings. Construct strictly in accordance with design requirements, relevant regulations, and standards. Conduct real-time inspections of construction quality and rectify problems promptly.

Scaffolding, gantry frames, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and safety protection devices used on the construction site shall comply with relevant safety regulations and can only be used after passing acceptance.
