We would like to inform you that the total width and aspect ratio of Stainless Steel Cable Trays shall be selected in accordance with the table; the cable filling rate must not exceed the standard values specified in relevant codes and standards. For power cables, the filling rate can be 40-50%, and for control cables, it can be 50-70%. In addition, a spare capacity of 10-25% shall be reserved.
The specifications and models of all elbows and fittings shall comply with the layout standards of this project and be matched to the cable trays.
The specifications and models of supports and cradles shall be selected based on criteria such as cable tray dimensions, number of stacked layers, and span. Additionally, load capacity requirements shall be taken into consideration.

Configuration of Supports and Brackets:
For indoor short-span supports and hangers, a span of 1.5-3 meters is generally adopted. For outdoor vertical pole medium spans, a span of 6 meters is generally adopted.
The configuration of supports and brackets for non-linear sections shall comply with the following provisions:
When the total width of the cable tray is < 300 mm, a support/bracket shall be installed on the linear section side at a distance of 300-600 mm from the junction of the non-linear section and the linear section.
When the total width of the cable tray is > 300 mm, in addition to complying with the above requirements, an additional support/bracket shall be installed between non-linear sections.
When cable trays are installed in multiple layers, the center distance between layers shall be 200, 250, 300, or 350 mm. For linear sections of cable trays, an expansion joint of 20-30 mm shall be reserved every 50 meters (for metal cable trays).
